Erik Hiep

Erik Hiep is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, coaching, and consultancy, currently serving as Managing Director of The Next Level since November 2002. In addition, Erik has held positions as an Associate Professor at IE Business School and Associate Faculty at Headspring, by Financial Times & IE Business School, emphasizing leadership development and organizational change. Erik has contributed to thought leadership as an Author for IE Insights and served as Executive Director for Presidents Institute from January 2016 to June 2021. As a co-founder of Atazar, Erik focused on advanced business simulations for financial institutions and was an Advisory Board Member for Catenon from November 2016 to June 2019. Erik’s earlier career includes a Director role at Randstad Holding and service as an Infantry Officer in the Royal Army of The Netherlands. Educationally, Erik is pursuing further studies at Columbia Business School and the University of Glasgow while holding an MBA from the University of Glasgow and a distinguished graduation from the Royal Military Academy.
