Lucia Egea (She/Her)

Lucia Egea is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Vice Dean at IE Business School, where focus is on enhancing the Executive and Part-Time MBA portfolio to foster leadership and sustainable business models. Additional roles include Adjunct Faculty, Professor of Financial Reporting and Analysis, and Design Thinking, along with being an Orchestrator and Professor at Headspring and a speaker in the CUNY Public Health Innovation program. As Founder and CEO of Contenedor Blanco S.L., Lucia is dedicated to innovative recycling solutions for families. Prior positions encompass Director at EDEM Escuela de Empresarios, CFO for United Internet Team German, and roles in procurement and auditing with Telefonica, Sanofi, and Arthur Andersen. Lucia holds a PhD from Universitat de València and an Executive MBA from IE Business School, among other academic credentials, including participation in the Price-Babson Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators.
