Ruth Crystal has a diverse background in resource management, program development, and customer service, currently serving as an Associate Resource Partner at Headwaters Foundation since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Development Manager and Administrative Coordinator at Garden City Harvest, a freelance business consultant assisting small business owners, and Program Coordinator at Youth Homes focused on at-risk youth. Ruth has also contributed to the communications and outreach efforts at Women's Voices for the Earth, and has held various customer service and managerial positions at Cabela's and REI. Ruth holds an MBA and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Business Analysis from UC Berkeley Extension.
