Aileen Knecht

Aileen started at Headway in September 2022 and has worked in the human services for five years. Most recently she worked at Oak Grove Middle and Bloomington Public Schools. She is excited to gain experience working with an older age group, she says she has always been passionate about adolescent mental health so it is exciting to be in a position allowing her to provide support to students in many different ways. In her position, Aileen brings competency in special education, DCD (severe and profound) and EBD (emotional/behavioral) students.
