Ashley Mcdew

Ashley joined Headway in June 2021 and has worked in human services since 2019. She has experience working with children and teens at Boys Town Residential Treatment Center. As a mental health worker Ashley says she is excited to start “helping adolescents discover their true potential and ways to healthily copy with trauma, low self-esteem and family issues.” She says she plans to build trusting relationships with her clients by serving as a genuine, empathetic role model as they transition through the day treatment program. Outside of work, Ashley likes to travel internationally, paint and spend time at the lake with friends.
