Mariana Boloban

Mariana Boloban has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Journalist at UNIAN in 2015. Mariana then transitioned to the tech industry, working as a Support Representative at Boosta from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for customer support and sales. Mariana then moved up to the role of Support Team Lead at Boosta from 2017 to 2018, where they focused on developing and marketing IT products.

In 2018, Mariana joined Symphony Solutions as a Recruitment Researcher. Mariana later became a Recruiter, responsible for providing IT services to Western European clients and leveraging the benefits of global sourcing until 2020.

Mariana'snext position was at Genesis Tech in 2020, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Mariana continued in this role at Headway: Fun & easy growth from 2020 to 2022, where they rose to the position of Talent Acquisition Lead. Recently, in 2022, Mariana became the Head of People at Headway. Overall, Mariana has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with additional experience in customer support and journalism.

Mariana Boloban obtained their Master's degree in Journalism from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where they studied from 2012 to 2018. In October 2018, they also obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile.
