Olena Baranova

Olena Baranova has a diverse work experience across various companies. Olena is currently working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Headway: Fun & easy growth since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Growth Marketing Manager at Classtime from November 2020 to November 2022. Olena also served as an Education Program Specialist at mOre, cultural & educational center from January 2020 to August 2021. Olena worked as a Marketing Project Manager at Syntropy. from May 2019 to January 2020. Olena's previous role was as a Program Project Manager at Startup Ukraine from September 2017 to April 2019. Olena started their career as a Marketing and Communication Assistant at Mazars Ukraine from July 2016 to February 2017 and worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager at IKRA event-agency from October 2015 to June 2016.

Olena Baranova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they also participated in an Erasmus+ exchange program at the European-University Viadrina, focusing on International Business Administration. Olena has additional certifications in Product Marketing and Growth from the Projector Institute, which they obtained in July 2021, and in SQL Fundamentals Track from DataCamp, also obtained in July 2021.
