Isha Shah is currently serving as the Revenue Strategy Manager at Headway, where efforts focus on making mental healthcare more accessible and affordable. Previously, Isha held multiple roles at Bain & Company, advancing from Associate Consultant to Revenue Strategy Lead. A brief tenure as a Cognitive Skills Tutor at LearningRx involved supporting students with learning disabilities. Isha also contributed as a College Access & Success Ambassador at the University of Michigan, promoting college opportunities to high school students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
