Lena Kardos

Lena Kardos is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Headway since March 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Meta from September 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities encompassed Program Manager for Integrity and Risk Launches, Project Manager for Trust & Safety, and Safety Analyst in Community Operations. Previously, Lena worked as a Research Associate at SRI International's Human Sleep Lab and held multiple research assistant positions at the University of California, Berkeley, including roles in the Golden Bear Sleep and Mood Research Clinic and the Emotion and Social Interaction Lab. Lena began their career as a Pool Lifeguard with the City of Laguna Beach while also being a student-athlete on the Cal Women's Swimming & Diving team. Lena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained in 2014.
