Rutger Flohil

Rutger Flohil is the Head of Therapist Partnerships at Headway. Rutger was previously the US CEO of Kaia Health Software from March 2019 to June 2020. While at Kaia Health Software, they built the US organization to up to 20 FTEs and signed the first Fortune 500 employer. Rutger also secured strategic partnerships with Optum, Accolade, and Virgin Pulse. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner, Head of Corporate at Gympass from August 2017 to March 2019. At Gympass, they built the enterprise sales organization when Gympass entered the US market and signed multiple Fortune 50 employers representing 400k+ employees. Rutger also led a team of sales executives and business development representatives (up to 30 FTEs). Rutger has also served as an advisor for Lilu, Inc and Kukun. Rutger was previously the Business Development Manager at HEINEKEN from July 2014 to January 2015. Rutger also completed an MBA Internship in Private Equity at Aquiline Capital Partners from February 2014 to May 2014. Rutger is also a co-founder of FLIRTSMART, a location based mobile dating platform that was active from October 2011 to December 2013.

Rutger Flohil received their M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with a focus on entrepreneurship, private equity and strategy. Rutger also holds a master's degree in international management/CEMS MiM from RSM Erasmus/ESADE business school and a master's degree in economics and business, finance from the University of Amsterdam.
