Jessica Dsouza has over 8 years of work experience in Human Resources and Administration. Jessica began their career as a Customer Relation Representative at FedEx in 2011. In 2014, they joined CouponDunia as a Senior Executive- HR & Admin and later moved to Senior Executive- Talent Aquisition. Her role included managing end-to-end recruitment, posting of job on job portals, websites, blogs and other discussion forums, and developing and maintaining an effective database and tracking system for Candidates. In 2019, they joined Heady as a Senior Manager - HR and Manager - HR. Her roles included sourcing relevant profiles from job portals, internal database, referrals, headhunting, first-level screening candidates as per the JD, scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities.
