Femala Fleming

Femala Fleming is the Owner/CEO of EQ by Fitness Nahla Fitness, where Femala leads client acquisition strategies, coaching programs with emotional intelligence, marketing initiatives, sales efforts, and overall business operations. Femala is also a Board Member at Harris Hands Community Services, Inc., an Educational Consultant at Lakretz Creative Support Svc, a member of the Emerging Leadership Council at HEAF, Inc., and has previous experience as a Special Education Teacher/Coordinator at the New York City Department of Education, as well as in roles at Bloomberg LP, Liberty Mutual Insurance, AT&T, and Chase. Femala holds a Master of Science in Special Education from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor's in Finance & Business Administration from Chicago State University.
