Sevda Mekhtieva

Sevda Mekhtieva has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Sevda began their career as an HR Manager at Volga-Dnepr Group in 2013, where they created monthly newsletters, arranged monthly employee events, supported the design of communication strategies, created excel-based databases to track financial and logistical details, and recruited for all staff positions. In 2015, they worked as a Social Media Manager at "MapMap" Creative Space "KVARTAL", where they participated in creating the "Navigation of Ulyanovsk" Project, posted news about activity of the team and its improvements, and researched new and interesting or unique and historical buildings and places of the region. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Translator, Editor and Proofreader, translating various publications and documents which were accurate, clear, concise, and in plain language. Sevda also wrote subtitles to the Korean live show for fansites and translated English into Russian or Korean and vice versa. In 2016, they worked as a QA Engineer at SimbirSoft, where they gained additional practice and improved their managerial skills. Sevda also worked as a CEO & CFO, Business Development Director at Workista from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Business Development Manager at 2meet and as a Business Development Consultant at a Private Practice. Most recently, they have been the Head of Ecommerce Department at Healbe Corporation since 2021.

Sevda Mekhtieva has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree from Ulyanovsk Higher Civil Aviation School in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from 2010 to 2014. Sevda then earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Moscow State Academy of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from 2014 to 2016. Finally, they earned a Master's degree from Boğaziçi University in Political sciences and International Relationships from 2016 to 2017.
