Crystal Ayoob, MHA, RDN, DPP Lifestyle Coach has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Crystal began their career as a Health Ambassador at Second Harvest Food Bank in 2015 and later worked as a Dietary Aide at California Pacific Medical Center from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Crystal served as an Administrative Aide at both San Francisco Nutrition Clinic and San Mateo County Health Department.

In 2020, Crystal joined DaVita Kidney Care as a member of their Kidney Dialysis team for several months before transitioning to the role of Research Analyst and then Research & Development Lead at Heali. While at Heali, Crystal also held the position of Nutrition Analyst.

Currently, Crystal is employed as the Director of Nutrition at Meals on Wheels San Francisco, a position they have held since June 2023. Throughout their career, Crystal has developed a range of skills and experiences in nutrition, research, and administration.

Crystal Ayoob, MHA, RDN, DPP Lifestyle Coach, completed their education in the field of dietetics and clinical nutrition services. Crystal obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Samford University, graduating between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics and foodservice management from San Francisco State University, completing their studies between 2016 and 2018.

In addition to their academic achievements, Crystal also holds several certifications. Crystal is a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), which they obtained from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in December 2021. Crystal is also a CDC Lifestyle Coach & Program Coordinator, accredited by the Diabetes Prevention Recognition Program since July 2021. Furthermore, Crystal is a Certified ServSafe Instructor & Registered Exam Proctor, certified by ServSafe in July 2017.
