Grace Boucher

Grace Boucher, MBA, currently serves as the Community and Donor Engagement professional at Healing Hands International, where responsibilities include connecting with Women of Hope donors, managing the Women of Hope Store, and overseeing product development, marketing, and customer service. Prior experience includes a Marketing Intern role at Healing Hands International, where email communication and content creation for newsletters and social media were key tasks, and a Marketing and Communications Specialist position at ThinkingAhead Executive Search. Grace also has hands-on experience in youth programming as a Boating Director at YMCA Camp Widjiwagan and as a Day Camp Counselor at both Lipscomb Academy and YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Grace holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the same institution.
