Anna Darpino

Anna Darpino has extensive work experience in the legal field. Anna most recently joined Healing Partners as the General Counsel and Compliance & Privacy Officer in December 2022. Prior to this, they were employed as Of Counsel at Bloom Peters, LLC since July 2018.

Anna previously worked as the General Counsel at Wound Healing Solutions from May 2018 to December 2022. In this role, they managed the HR and legal departments, overseeing legal affairs, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.

Before their time at Wound Healing Solutions, Anna served as a Senior Associate at McDonnell & Associates, P.C. from July 2015 to May 2018. Anna also worked as an Associate at Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP from March 2011 to July 2015.

Anna's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at McCormick & Priore, P.C., where they focused on insurance defense litigation and acted as employment defense counsel for a national retail pharmacy. Anna served as a Law Clerk to Hon. Bill Mathesius, J.S. at Mercer County Superior Court from August 2006 to July 2007. In addition, Anna gained experience as a Prosecutorial Extern at the Delaware Office of the Attorney General from September 2005 to May 2006 and as an Intern at the United States District Court for the District of NJ from June 2005 to August 2005.

Anna Darpino completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Marist College between 1996 and 2000. Anna further pursued their education at Widener University School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2003 to 2006.
