Sarah Franz

Sarah Franz serves as the Executive Director at Healing Soils Foundation since May 2024 and holds a board member position at NETZRO, SBC since April 2024. Previously, Sarah held multiple key roles at Food Systems for the Future, focusing on creating equitable food systems through innovative finance and community engagement from February 2020 to March 2025. Sarah's experience includes serving as Project Manager at Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department and Outreach Director for Senator Klobuchar, where responsibilities encompassed health policy advocacy and constituent relations. Additional consultancy roles in healthcare and manufacturing further enhanced Sarah's expertise. Education includes a Master of Science in International Development Studies from The London School of Economics and credentials from Harvard Business School Online in business fundamentals.
