Caroline Yermal

Caroline Yermal currently holds the position of Development Coordinator at Healing Transitions, where Caroline collaborates with instructors to provide virtual instruction for students and uses data analysis to enhance student achievement. Caroline has previously worked as an Ignite Fellow at Teach For America and as a Program Intern at Generation Hope. Caroline has also volunteered with the North Carolina Democratic Party and worked as a Sales Representative and Barista at Tuscan Market. Caroline graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Public Policy, Non-profit Leadership, and Social Innovation.
