Katie Paolizzi

Katie Paolizzi is a dedicated professional with a strong background in food security and community service. As the Development Coordinator at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School since August 2025, Katie continues to contribute to meaningful initiatives. Previously, Katie served as the Acting Director and Philadelphia Pantry Program Manager at Share Food Program from January 2023 to October 2025. Experience also includes being a Network Capacity Specialist at Vermont Foodbank and an Americorps VISTA Member at Retreat Farm, where Katie facilitated access to fresh produce through community programs. Earlier roles involved client services at CCR Management, Inc. and fundraising as a Summer Leadership Intern with DialogueDirect, highlighting a commitment to social impact. Katie holds a B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Nutritional Sciences from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State.
