Katherine Gill

Katherine Gill is currently working as the Head of Learning and Development at Healios, where they lead the learning and development function as part of the wider People Operations & Culture team. Katherine'sresponsibilities include developing learning approaches, capability, technology, and team, with a focus on performance and helping employees in their roles. Prior to joining Healios, Katherine worked at the University of St Andrews as an Organizational Development professional, where they focused on enhancing employee experience and performance through various programs, including mentoring, learning and development, and staff wellbeing. Katherine also has experience at S&P Global Ratings as a Learning Partner for EMEA/global Corporates, where they were responsible for strategic learning implementation and collaboration with senior leaders. Additionally, Katherine has held roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, Thomson Reuters, Inmarkets, Complinet/Thomson Reuters Accelus, and Accenture, where they gained experience in compliance training, learning consultancy, project management, and management consulting.

Katherine Gill completed their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2004 at the University of St Andrews, where they obtained an MA (Hons) degree in Arabic and Medieval History. Prior to their university education, they attended Greenhead College, although the specific degree or field of study during that time is not provided.
