Koji Abe has 30 years of experience in the human resource field at technology R&D companies. He started his work in the HR field in 1989, after serving as a sales accountant at Fujisawa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (currently Astellas Pharma Inc.). After working at a US subsidiary, he led personnel operations related to corporate re-organization. In 2005 he joined Sysmex Corporation and revised the personnel framework and established a new talent development program as Vice President, and then Executive Vice President of HR.
He has served as an Executive Officer in charge of HR and GA since 2019.
