William Strickland

William Strickland has enjoyed a diverse 32-year work history working with large enterprise and mid-level corporations that span to education, consulting, customer support, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain management, and customer relationship management software, medical device, and entrepreneurship.

For over 2 decades Mr. Strickland has gained extensive experience in Sales Management, Project Management, Consulting, Implementation, and Lead Generation in the Medical Device, ERP/CRM/SCM, and ECM arenas and has been able to achieve continued positive success in quota achievement as both a direct contributor and a sales manager.

William also spent 9+ years at QAD, Inc. where he further extended his work experience within the software industry. He leads their efforts in multi-site, multi-currency, global manufacturing implementations, specializing in finance. In this role, Bill helped to formally establish a process for training and certifying the numerous consulting entities working with QAD in this initiative. He also led large system integrations, specifically Alcatel-Framatome, Schlumberger, General Electric, and Philips Electronics, all while serving as an account manager and strategic sales representative to many of QAD's largest customers. He gained international experience working with facilities based in Singapore, Hungary, France, England, The Netherlands, Mexico, Canada, and Belgium.

Having also developed successful manufacturers rep and distributor relationships as well as working with outside implementation partners, William brings a strong foundation of software expertise, client retention strategies and program development to HEALO 5. It was his initial vision for change and hands-on experience of innovation in the healthcare and software industry that laid the groundwork for the company's inception.
