Ádin Hjertberg

Ádin Hjertberg has a diverse work experience history. Ádin is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Healo since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AniCura for three years from February 2019 to December 2021, where they held the role of Group Digital Project Leader. In this role, Ádin was responsible for driving and implementing the digital agenda across 14 countries and 400+ clinics within the AniCura Group. Ádin led projects such as introducing digital workflow systems to improve operational efficiency and driving the harmonization of services and key data points.

Before joining AniCura, Ádin worked at EY, where they started as a Consultant in January 2015 and later received an early promotion to Senior Consultant in October 2016. During their time at EY, they worked on various projects, including a strategy and cost-cutting project for a healthcare provider, where they performed a pre-study to help the organization tackle annual cut-downs. Ádin also took a strategic standpoint regarding the long-term purpose of the organization.

Ádin also has experience working as an Internal Consultant at Stockholm County Council (Stockholms Läns Landsting) from May 2014 to January 2015. Furthermore, they worked as a Junior Consultant at Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, a corporate communications firm, from June 2010 to August 2011. Ádin also worked as an Analyst at People in Store, a consultancy firm focused on consumer behavior, from August 2010 to June 2011. In these roles, Ádin gained experience in sales, analysis using SPSS, Excel, and Power Point, and communicating and negotiating in English, Swedish, and Icelandic.

Ádin's educational background includes studying at Stockholm School of Economics from August 2008 to June 2014.

Ádin Hjertberg completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Arabic from Uppsala University from 2007 to 2012. During the same period, they also pursued a BSc. degree in Business and Administration with a focus on Economics and Finance from Stockholm School of Economics, which they successfully completed in 2012.
