Elaine Soter MD CWSP has extensive experience in wound care and medical direction, currently serving as the Medical Director of Physician Engagement at Healogics, Inc. since April 2019 and as Zone Medical Advisor since March 2012. Elaine has held significant leadership roles, including Medical Director at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital Wound Care Center from 2015 to 2018, where award-winning benchmarks of excellence were established, and Medical Director of the Wound Care Program at Specialty Hospital of Midwest City from 2005 to 2016. Additionally, Elaine served as Medical Director at the Midwest Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine Center, the first accredited facility of its kind in Oklahoma. Elaine's previous roles also include Regional Medical Director at Diversified Clinical Services and Medical Director at Edmond Regional ER. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine from Oklahoma State University.
