Dana Gaughan

Dana Gaughan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Chief Talent Acquisition Officer at Health Advances since December 2002, where previous roles included Director of Recruiting and Professional Development, Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, and Case Team Assistant. Prior to this, Dana held leadership positions at EF International Language School from 1998 to 2002 as Director of Student Life and Regional Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director at Media Literacy Project and as a Small Business Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Slovakia from 1995 to 1997. Dana earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from Babson College between 1990 and 1994.
