Lisa M. Correa, M.Ed, LPC, CCTP, currently serves as the Trust and Safety Senior Program Manager at Health Advocate since November 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at Spring Health as the Global EAP Clinical Manager, where responsibilities included scaling care navigation teams and fostering cross-departmental collaborations for global expansion. Lisa's career also includes a position at Magellan Health as a Bilingual Care Manager and Clinical Coach, focusing on inclusion initiatives and support for veterans. Early experiences involved family therapy and outreach to at-risk youth, supplemented by leadership roles in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and service coordination through AmeriCorps VISTA. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Clinical Counseling from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Truman State University.
