Tara Kelly is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Health Advocate, where Tara manages service operations, policies, metrics, and business planning. Prior to this role, Tara was the Director of Operations at Cigna International Expatriot Benefits and SmithKline Beecham Corporation, where Tara oversaw various service operations units and clinical laboratory call centers. Tara also served as Assistant Vice President at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, directing operations activities for National Self Insured clients. Tara holds an M.S in Education from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
