Stephen Belgrave

Stephen Belgrave is a retired physician with extensive experience in family medicine and medical leadership. From October 1997 to the present, Stephen has served as the Physician/Medical Director at Health Alliance Medical Plans, overseeing regional medical direction, utilization management, skilled care, and participation in the Credentials Committee and Peer Review. Prior to this, Stephen practiced family medicine at Carle Clinic Association from October 1985 to September 2009. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Dalhousie University, completed in 1984 as part of a Family Medicine Residency Program.
