H. Michael Flasch

H. Michael Flasch has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. H. Michael started their career in 1979 as a Business Office Consultant at the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). In 1984, they joined the Henry Ford Health System as an Associate Controller, where they worked until 1995. From 1995 to 2010, Flasch held various roles at Health Alliance Plan, including Vice President. In 2010, they became the Vice President of Corporate Initiatives at Health Alliance Plan.

H. Michael Flasch attended McNicholas High School from 1965 to 1969, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field during that time. After graduating from high school, they pursued higher education at the University of Cincinnati from 1969 to 1974. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration.
