Kairos M. Marquardt

Kairos M. Marquardt, Ph.D., serves as an Agile Coach in the Transformation Office at Health Alliance Plan since May 2023. Previously, Marquardt worked as a Program Manager and Lead Consultant at the University of Michigan from February 2018 to March 2022, managing complex change initiatives and specializing in strategy, design, and organizational change management. Adding to a diverse background, Marquardt was a High-Tech Anthropologist® at Menlo Innovations from May 2014 to April 2017, focusing on research, design processes, and agile methodologies. Marquardt's academic career includes a long tenure at the University of Michigan as a faculty member and instructor in sociocultural anthropology, complemented by extensive research in Latin America and over $200,000 in awarded grants. Marquardt holds a Ph.D. in Sociocultural Anthropology and a University Teaching Certification from the University of Michigan, along with a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Latin American and Caribbean Studies.
