Venus Pope has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Venus started their career as a Bank Teller at Genesee NBD Bank in 1988 and worked there until 1990. Venus then moved on to First Chicago NBD as a Customer Service Representative from 1990 to 1993. Venus joined Bank One in 1993 as an Assistant Branch Manager, and later became a Branch Manager in 1998. After that, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where they held different positions including Team Leader I, Team Lead II, Senior Process Specialist, and Manager. In 2012, they joined HealthPlus of Michigan as a Manager - Finance & Operations. Their most recent role is as the Director of Customer Service at Health Alliance Plan, which they have been holding since 2013. Throughout their career, Venus has gained experience in managing personnel, coordinating operations, implementing process improvements, and providing excellent customer service.

Venus Pope attended Wiley College from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
