Lucilia Pereira Mouriès, Ph.D, currently serves as a Senior Scientific Program Manager at the Health and Environmental Sciences Institute (HESI), managing multiple scientific programs including CT-TRACS, the Targeted Protein Degrader Safety Committee, and the PATB committee. Prior experience includes roles as an Independent Consultant specializing in Biomedical Communications, contributing to the FDA approval of the STAR™ Ankle prosthesis, and as a Medical Writer at MCRA. Lucilia's academic background includes a Postdoctoral Scientist position at the National Institutes of Health, focusing on chondrogenesis and the regulation of cartilage gene expression, and another postdoctoral role at the Centre Scientifique de Monaco studying organic matrix in Coral skeletons. Lucilia holds a Ph.D. in Biology and Biochemistry from the Doctoral School of the National Natural History Museum in Paris and a Master’s degree in Marine Biology from the Universidade do Porto.
