Shelly Hubley

Manager, Compensation Design And Analysis at Health Association Nova Scotia

Shelly Hubley has extensive experience in managerial roles related to compensation and classification within both public and health sector organizations. Currently serving as Manager Classification at the Nova Scotia Public Service Commission since November 2014, Shelly also holds the position of Manager, Compensation Design and Analysis at Health Association Nova Scotia, a role commenced in March 2011. Prior experience includes management of compensation at IWK Health Centre from 2008 to 2011 and serving as a Compensation Consultant at the Nova Scotia Public Service Commission from September 2003 to December 2007. Shelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Acadia University between 1983 and 1986.
