Laura Spencer

Laura Spencer is a Scientific Project Coordinator and former Scientific Evaluator at Health Canada, with experience in analyzing quantitative data and coordinating research projects in the field of nutrition. Prior roles include serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Alberta, where Laura collaborated on a systematic scoping review regarding nutrition and mental health, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the same institution, delivering seminars on various nutrition topics while managing a Master's thesis project. Earlier experience includes work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Guelph, focusing on a human nutrition intervention trial.
