Shaun Smith

Shaun Smith, MBA, currently serves as Program Manager at Health Canada, leading the Oral Health Access Fund to enhance access to oral health care for targeted populations. Previously, Shaun held various managerial roles within multiple government agencies, including as Manager of the Accessibility Readiness Team at Health Canada and Senior Program Manager at Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada, where efforts focused on reconciliation with Indigenous peoples. Shaun's extensive experience in program management and analytics is supported by an educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration from both the University of New Brunswick and Shanghai University, as well as specialized training in Organizational Coaching from The University of British Columbia.
