Kevin M. Cassidy

Kevin Cassidy is responsible for driving growth in the employer benefits insurance market including medical, pharmacy, health care navigation and other ancillary business. He also proactively manages HCSC’s distribution channel, including benefit consultants and insurance brokers, and oversees marketing, brand management and the C1 Innovation Lab®.

Kevin previously was HCSC’s Chief Growth Officer, focusing on initiatives including strategic partnerships and step-level growth opportunities. Earlier, he was HCSC’s President of Employer Solutions, which included responsibilities across all employer market segments as well as product development, employer group market operations, investments, the company’s distribution strategy and performance management. Kevin has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.
