Lauren Macklis

Lauren Macklis leads the company’s Individual and Family Markets line of business. She is responsible for sales and marketing, product development, regulatory monitoring and financial performance. She also oversees value-based care strategy and operations, provider partnerships, and payment innovation and analytics for HCSC’s five plans.

In her previous role as Vice President of Divisional Strategy and Analytics, Lauren developed line of business strategy for Medicare, Medicaid and Individual and Family Markets. Before joining HCSC in 2011, she led strategic planning and business development teams at Rush University Medical Center, a large academic medical center and health sciences university. Lauren has a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
