Michelle Hehman

Michelle Hehman, MSN, RN, CPN, currently serves as the Director of Nursing for Quality Improvement at Health Carousel since June 2022. In addition to this role, Michelle has been an Adjunct Faculty Member at Xavier University since 2011, teaching courses in Health Assessment, Skills Lab, Mental Health Practicum, and Community Nursing. Prior professional experience includes serving as Ambulatory Site Manager II at TriHealth from February 2016 to June 2022, Nurse Manager at Veterans Affairs Hospital from November 2013 to June 2015, and Clinical Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from May 2011 to November 2013. Michelle's nursing career began at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Services division from June 2005 to 2011. Michelle holds a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Cincinnati (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Mount St. Joseph University (2005-2008).
