Paul Keates is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and automation. Currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Cegna Process Technologies since January 2024 and Senior Manager for Quality Assurance & Automation at Health Carousel since June 2022, Paul has a strong background in test engineering and quality assurance management, having held pivotal roles such as Test Engineering Manager at Axcess Financial and QA at Luxottica Retail North America. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Cengage Learning, where Paul led offshore testers and designed automated test tools, and roles in various organizations including Trasys, Inc., Meridian, and ACS, where Paul contributed significantly to software testing and quality assurance operations.
