Heather May

Heather May is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Clinical Outcomes Improvement Director at Health Catalyst since April 2018, where responsibilities include assisting clients in deploying the Care Management Suite of products. Previous roles include Director of Implementation Services at Health Catalyst, Clinical Product Specialist at Wolters Kluwer Health, and Clinical Application Manager at Cerner Corporation. Heather has a strong background in clinical informatics, demonstrated during tenure as Director of Clinical Informatics at Yavapai Regional Medical Center and Clinical Collaboration Lead at Intermountain Healthcare. With a Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, combined with experience as a Registered Nurse in a Burn Trauma ICU, Heather has developed a comprehensive skill set in clinical systems improvement and stakeholder engagement.
