Keenan True

Keenan True is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and digital development. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Health Catalyst since September 2021, Keenan also held the position of Director of Software Engineering. Prior to this, Keenan worked at Kaiser Permanente from March 2013 to September 2021, leading a team of 15 direct reports and approximately 50 contractors, overseeing a $15 million digital health portfolio that serves over 600,000 consumers. Keenan's earlier roles include Senior Manager of Application Development, Application Development Team Lead, and Senior Web Application Developer, with earlier experience at GSA and the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Keenan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
