Bridget Kelly, BCBA, has extensive work experience in the field of behavior analysis. Bridget started their career in 2010 as a Direct Care Professional at Health Connect America, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they served as a Regional Director, overseeing operations and programs. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Director of Program Development for IDD services, and later became the Director of Operations. Currently, Bridget is the Director of Clinical and Leadership Development at Health Connect America, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to their time at Health Connect America, Bridget also worked as an Independent Service Provider to children with autism from 2006 to 2011.
Bridget Kelly, BCBA, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bethel University, which they earned in 2008. In 2009, they completed their Master's degree with an emphasis on Special Education from Bethel University as well. Bridget then obtained their BCBA certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2013. Bridget'seducational journey continued as they pursued their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Applied Behavior Analysis at The University of Memphis from 2016 to 2018.
