Cheyenne Weems

Cheyenne Weems is an Integrated Care Coordinator and Intensive Outpatient Co-Facilitator at Health Connect America since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Substitute Teacher at ESS and Holston United Methodist Home for Children from June 2021 to November 2021, and a Peer Mentor at Northeast State Community College from August 2019 to March 2020. Cheyenne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Tennessee State University, awarded in May 2023, and an Associate of Science in Pre-Secondary Education from Northeast State Community College, completed in 2021. Education commenced with a High School Diploma from North Greene High School in 2018.
