Dave Krikac

Dave Krikac is an experienced leader in the fields of special needs services and community support, currently serving as an Executive Board Member for Devices for Autism since January 2024. As Regional Vice President of Adult Services at Health Connect America since September 2020, Dave Krikac is focused on developing the Adult Services Division, which includes job training and employment opportunities for adults with special needs across Tennessee and the Southeast. Previously, Dave Krikac founded and served as CEO of The Gear Foundation from November 2003 to September 2020, creating initiatives that provide employment for special needs young adults. Dave Krikac's early career included roles in sales and marketing with CGI and Dialogic Communications Corp., as well as a technical position at Northrop Grumman, where contributions were made to significant projects in aerospace and defense. Educational credentials include a diploma in Administration of Justice from L.A.P.D. Police Academy and an Associate of Arts in Law Enforcement from El Camino College.
