Melinda S. has extensive experience in the field of social work, with a focus on providing support and services to children and their families. Melinda started their career in 1996 as a Counselor at Camelot Care Centers, where they offered crisis intervention, home visits, parenting skills, drug education, and other essential services. Melinda then worked at Youth Emergency Services of Middle Tennessee as an Assistant Director of Family Services, supervising case management staff and providing a range of interventions.

Melinda later joined Family Connections, a division of Omni Visions, as a Family Services Specialist, where they continued to offer crisis intervention and develop treatment plans for children and families. Melinda then worked at Foothills, another division of Omni Visions, as a Regional Director, overseeing clinical staff and maintaining relationships with insurance companies.

Melinda joined Omni Visions as a Resource Coordinator, offering case management services and striving for permanency for children in their homes and foster homes. Melinda later joined Youth Villages as a Counselor, providing similar services to children and their families.

In 2010, Melinda started working at Health Connect America, where they held various positions. As a Family Development Specialist, they created and implemented treatment plans to ensure permanency for children in their homes and provided case management services. Melinda then became a Regional Director, responsible for hiring and supervising clinic staff and ensuring compliance with licensing and contract requirements. Melinda's role then shifted to Director of Program Development, where they played a key role in strategic growth and marketing. Melinda later became the Director of Performance and Quality Improvement, and most recently, they assumed the position of Director of Quality.

During their career, Melinda also worked at Initials, Inc. as a Senior Representative, where they took on a sales-oriented role. Melinda'sexperience demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting children and families while also excelling in leadership and quality improvement positions.

Melinda S. completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1992 to 1996. Melinda then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Mental Health at Argosy University Nashville, from 2009 to 2012.
