Ruth Kyle

Ruth Kyle is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in the financial and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as COO at Health-Connect since September 2024, Ruth previously held the same position at Partful from June 2023 to September 2024. At Ninety Innovation from December 2017 to September 2023, Ruth was a Non-Executive Director on the Ethics Board, overseeing ethical conduct and profit distribution principles. Ruth's earlier roles include Chief of Staff at The Co-operative Bank plc, Head of Co-op Power, and various positions at Co-op Insurance, where Ruth played a pivotal role in change management, financial strategy, and project leadership. Ruth holds a BSocSci in Politics and International Relations from The University of Manchester.
