Kenneth Di Bella

Mr. Di Bella, is a seasoned senior executive possessing knowledge and skills gained through better than thirty-five years as an executive in the healthcare industry. He maintain a host of relationships at senior levels of management throughout the self-insured marketplace that can benefit an organization whom he represents. He possesses a history of demonstrated leadership in all facets of strategic negotiations, business development/product representation, channel market initiatives and general management for healthcare organizations.

Di Bella began his career in healthcare with Sanus Health Maintenance Organization (a division of New York Life Insurance Company) – as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this capacity Mr. Di Bella lead the team that developed and implemented the nation’s first self-insured HMO product.

As a result of the demonstrated successes with Sanus, Di Bella was recruited to CoreSource the then second largest Healthcare TPA in the United States– as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Di Bella successfully integrated the historically competent administrative services of CoreSource with the healthcare management capabilities of a newly acquired company Burgett and Dietrich to create one of the first fully integrated administrative/managed care offerings in the United States.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Harrington Services Corp. Ken had full P&L responsibility for a company with 14 offices and over 1500 employees. He led growth of the company from $32 million to $104 million in a 30-month period, including several acquisitions, and significant organic top and bottom line growth during his tenure at Harrington.

As Founder, President and CEO of Bridge Benefits, Ken turned three acquired organizations that were financially troubled into a successful company recognized for superior customer service and product innovation.

In 2002 Bridge Benefits was acquired by a large healthcare Third Party Administrator, CBCA and was recruited to come aboard as CEO to fix a company that was challenged in every department. Di Bella’s team improved the organization and created a “Blue Ocean™” company establishing the first “Employer Service Organization” that was to offer healthcare administration, human resource and retirement management services.

After having semi-retired for three years Di Bella has been drawn back to the healthcare industry forming his company, SimplifiHC, LLC. SimplifiHC, LLC was formed to assist companies of any size who are experiencing normal business challenges and desire solutions. Additionally, it will help business gain market penetration in the organizations that serve or are served by the self-insured marketplace.
