Previously, William founded and led the I-PASS Patient Safety Institute, promoting effective patient handoff methodologies in healthcare settings. Additionally, William has held leadership positions in several prominent companies, including President and CEO roles at CSA Medical Inc and a senior executive role at Aspect Medical Systems, with a career that spans over three decades in sales and marketing within the medical device and technology sectors.
