Kaitlyn Blanchette

Kaitlyn Blanchette has extensive experience in the field of human resources and administration. Kaitlyn currently serves as the Regional Director of People and Culture at Health Dimensions Group since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Evansville Manor Nursing and Rehab, LLC as the Human Resources Director/ Business Office Manager from January 2019 to June 2022. Before that, they were a Human Resources Assistant at Miller Eye Center from 2018 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at River Bluff Nursing Home from February 2016 to April 2018.

Kaitlyn Blanchette completed their Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration/ Human Resources from Upper Iowa University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Certified Nursing Assistant from Rock Valley College in 2015. Kaitlyn Blanchette received their High School Diploma from Harlem High School in 2014. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2022.
