Lnha Sharon Thole Lald

Sharon Thole, LNHA, LALD has held various leadership positions in the healthcare industry. Sharon started their career as the Senior Executive Director at Golden Living from 2001 to 2011. Sharon then served as an Administrator at Welcov Healthcare in 2011, overseeing the operations of a skilled nursing facility. Thole later joined Golden Living again as the Director of Operations in the Minneapolis-Metro area. In 2012, they joined Welcov Healthcare as the Minnesota Director of Operations and later became the Vice President of Business Development. Thole played a key role in stabilizing operations, developing specialty programs, and building strategic relationships with healthcare providers. Sharon joined Saint Therese as the Chief Operating Officer in 2017, where they led multi-site operations and implemented a turnaround strategy. Thole then joined Love Funding in 2018 as a Director of Originations, contributing to increased originations of FHA/HUD financed healthcare and multifamily dwellings. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Health Dimensions Group.

Sharon Thole obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and Gerontology from Minnesota State University Moorhead between the years 1997 to 2001.
